Common Questions

How does payment work?

Select your session and time online, which holds your slot. We then reach out to arrange payment using whatever method works best for you. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Commercial projects and custom shoots are quoted separately and can be invoiced.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Your payment moves with you to the new date.

How fast will I get my images?

Social selects arrive quickly after your session, with the full retouched gallery soon after. Rush delivery is available on request.

Where do sessions happen?

Anywhere in New York City: your venue or on location. Travel beyond NYC is available and quoted with your project.

How are photos delivered?

Through your own private online gallery with high resolution downloads and optional print ordering. Galleries stay live so you can share them with your team, guests, or clients.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We work with whatever payment method you prefer, and we never collect or store card or bank details on our systems.
